1. Shipping

Order Processing Time:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the order date. For international shipments, delivery times vary depending on the destination country.

Shipping Cost:

• For orders under €25, the shipping cost is €2.
• For orders of €25 and above, shipping is free.

Tracking Number:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track your order’s progress.

2. Returns

Return Policy:

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from auraskin.gr. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 10 business days from the date of receipt.

Return Conditions:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
• Opened or used products cannot be returned.

Return Procedure:

• Safely package the products and include the proof of purchase.

Return Cost:

The return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

Refund:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. The refund will be processed through the same payment method used for the purchase.
