1. SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-5 business days from the date of order. For international shipments, delivery time varies depending on the destination country.

SHIPPING COST:

• For orders under €25, the shipping cost is €3.
• For orders of €25 and above, shipping is free of charge.

TRACKING NUMBER:

After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number to track the progress of your order.

2. RETURNS.

RETURN POLICY:

We want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase from auraskin.gr. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products within 10 business days from the date of receipt.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Products that have been opened or used are not returned.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

2. Pack the products securely and include proof of purchase.
3. Send the package to our address: 40 Emmanuel Benaki, 10678, Athens.

RETURN COST:

Return costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

REFUND:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for your purchase.
